Booking Terms and Conditions.
A £50 deposit will be required when booking your holiday. The outstanding amount will then need to be paid in full no less than 6 weeks before your holiday date. In the event of the balance not being paid on time we reserve the right to cancel your holiday booking.
Should you book your holiday at short notice (less than 6 weeks before your arrival date) payment will need to be made in full at the time of the booking.
Cancelling your booking
You have the right to cancel your booking at anytime however the following charges will apply:
5 + weeks notice – loss of deposit.
4 - 3 weeks notice – 80% refund of total amount.
2 - 1 weeks notice – 50% refund of total amount.
1 week or under – loss of total amount.
Arrival and Departure.
Your accommodation will be available to you from 2pm, however you are more than welcome to arrive on site earlier if you wish. You will need to register your arrival at the bungalow situated to the right of the car park. You will then be shown around your accommodation before we hand the keys over to you.
On departure you will be required to vacate the accommodation by 10am however you are still able to remain on site for the day if you wish.
Friends and family are allowed to visit you in your accommodation throughout your stay. Visiting hours are from 9am till 12pm. Overnight stay is not permitted unless by prior arrangement with site owners.
Guests must accept full responsibility for the safety of their children whilst on the site.
Children must not be left unaccompanied by the lake.
Guide Dogs are permitted on site, also well behaved pets are welcome in the caravan if agreed prior to arrival and need to be kept on a lead at all times. Unfortunately we do not allow dogs in the lodge. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the caravan at any time throughout your stay.
There is no smoking allowed in the accommodation or on the timber decked areas. Smoking is permitted in the car park and around the lake.
There is wi-fi in the caravan, all login and connection details can be found in the information booklet. Please consider “fair use” of the broadband connection and also refrain from downloading any illegal or copyrighted material. Please ensure that your device has its own up to date virus protection software and that any children are supervised at all times when using the wi-fi.
